Exchange and return policy:


Dear customer, you can exchange products within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective.

During sales and promotions, you can exchange the product within 1 day only; returns are not accepted. You can arrange an exchange by contacting us.

Please note that:

  • No product can be exchanged or returned after the original packaging has been removed, except in the case of a visible manufacturing defect or error in the product.
  • In the event of exchanging or returning any product after it has been received by the customer, the customer shall pay the delivery fee of 50 riyals.
  • In the event of any product being returned, the amount will be refunded to the customer's wallet in the online store, after deducting the return shipping fee.

Please note that there is a 14-day waiting period before the balance appears in the account.

The customer bears all costs resulting from this error, and the store disclaims responsibility for any error caused by the customer.
